Taking You Behind the Scenes of Our VICKY Campaign

While each VEERAH shoe style is near and dear to us, we can’t help but consider the VICKY flat to be extra special. Why? Not only are they VEERAH’s first EVER flats, but also a style wish granted for you, #VEERAHwarriors—every woman needs a perfect pair of flats! That said, we made sure that presenting them to you will give you a taste of modern elegance that feels extraordinarily comfy,
just by looking at it. This is supported by the exquisite photos taken by talented photographer,
Scott Mac Donough, for our Vicky campaign, and we’d like to give you a sneak peek on what
went on behind the scenes.

Shot just before spring ended, the photo shoot took place at the historical High Line, which served fantastic views of New York City. This 1.45 mile-long greenway featuring 500+ species of plants and trees painted the perfect background for our campaign, not to mention combining nature and urbanity, which is reflective of VEERAH’s brand identity. Where else to shoot for a New York-based brand like us but in one of the city’s iconic spots, right?

Headed by our Creative Director, Jacky Hautaniemi, the campaign shoot was comprised of model and still-life imagery highlighting Vicky’s many facets, including style inspo on how to wear them
(you’re welcome!). One of our fave layouts was mixing and matching Vicky with fun, vibrant socks courtesy of Tabio. This goes to show that you can get funky with your Vicky flats, too! VEERAH casted blonde beauty, Clara McSweeney, as the model behind the legs and feet donning the different colored flats in the campaign photos. She brought grace and fluidity in each pose,
while showcasing Vicky with flair.
