Shipping & Returns

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

Due to the global supply chain slowdown, shipping delays are highly anticipated this year.  While there is no guarantee for delivery by or on a particular day, the below guidance has been provided by our carriers for domestic shipments prior to Christmas Day.
  • FREE STANDARD GROUND:  Order by December 13th
  • EXPEDITED 2-DAY:  Order by December 19th
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: If you purchase between December 1st - December 24th, you have until January 10th to return. Keep in mind all Last Call Sale items are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchange. All other items must be unworn and in their original new condition and packaging.

 

SHIPPING: 

  • PROCESSING: Please note that all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, including expedited shipments.
  • USA:  Enjoy free U.S. ground shipping for orders over $150, with the option of a 2-day expedited shipping fee of $50. For orders under $150, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $15 will apply.
  • INTERNATIONAL: For Canada & Mexico, a standard $30 shipping fee will apply. For Europe, a standard $40 shipping fee will apply. For all other countries, a standard $70 worldwide shipping fee will apply. Transit time will differ by country.  Please note that due to COVID-19, additional delays for customs processing may occur between borders. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable for international orders. Duties, customs and taxes are not included. For a free customs estimation, refer to the chart below. Actual fees will be determined by the customs department and vary by county.

  • LIABILITY & PROTECTION:  Kindly note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping once the item is received by the courier. You must contact the courier directly regarding transit and delivery issues. Since all packages for both US and International orders do not require a signature for delivery, please be aware the items will be delivered to the shipping address provided and left at the door.  Should you require ‘sign for delivery’ please email help@veerah.com upon placing your order for further assistance.  For added protection, we also offer Route shipping insurance at checkout for real-time shipment tracking and instant refund or replacement for delivery issues. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returning or exchanging an item is simple. We want you to try your VEERAH shoes in the comfort of your home and if you need to make a change, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to do so.

  • Timing: Within 14 days upon receipt to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Once the return shipping label is provided, it will expire in another 14 days.

  • All returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking and refurbishment fee. Exchanges and returns for store credit do not incur this fee.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • To proceed, please email help@veerah.com with the subject 'Returns' or ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund request if a return does not comply with our return policy.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method shortly after. 

  • USA: We will provide you with a shipping label to complete the complimentary return or exchange. For orders less than $150, customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

  • INTERNATIONAL: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Customers are also responsible for the shipping fee on the exchange item.
