Duties, customs and value added taxes, if applicable, are not included. Shipping time will differ for each country and you will receive your tracking number to follow your shipment with an estimated delivery date.
Next day and two day shipping is currently unavailable for international orders.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase(s) on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send anything back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to make a return.
How to Return Your Item (U.S. Purchases):
- E-mail us with your order # and email associated with your account to initiate your return and to receive your return label.
- Properly mark your packing slip with the item being returned and the reason for your return. Your packing slip is the receipt that was included in your original shipment.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original box it was delivered in and include original packaging (shoebox or accessories box) and the packing slip.
- Affix shipping label. For purchases over $50: a pre-paid shipping label will be e-mailed to you. For purchases under $50: you are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label. Our return address: VEERAH / 68 33rd Street Brooklyn, NY 11232.
- When the package is ready to be mailed back to us, you can take the package to your nearest U.S.Postal Service drop-off location. Please be sure to retain the tracking number in the event the package is lost.
- You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
How to Return Your Item (International Purchases):
We will gladly accept international returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and we will make sure to process your return as soon as items are received with a refund or replacement!
A friendly reminder in order to receive a full credit refund:
- All returned products must be unused with all accessories included.
- Footwear must be unworn with the protective film affixed.
- Must include the original shoe and/or accessory box. When possible, package products in the original shipping box with all attached materials.
- Include a copy of your packing slip within the package.
- Credits are issued back in the original form of payment within 3 days of receipt of returned items.
- We reserve the right to withhold a refund request if a return does not comply with our return policy.
Due to limited inventory we do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order and returning your current purchase for a refund. Please follow the returns policy above to begin the refund process.
